This image was most likely patterned after Gian Lorenzo Bernini's famed "Dove of the Holy Spirit" amber stained alabaster window of The Cathedra Petri (Throne of St Peter)in St Peter's Basilica (Vatican, Rome). Note the gold rays bursting form the Dove on a celestial blue radial and black void field. This coloration suggests the mysticalness of the presence of the Holy Spirit as God whose presence governs the earth.

The verse contains the prayer "Come Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of your faithful and kindle in them the fire of the your love...Send Forth your Spirit...
